Can I take a photograph or record video in the gallery?
Photography is permitted, for personal use only. Monopods, tripods, selfie sticks and video recording are not permitted in the gallery. Reproduction Rights are available for scholarly and commercial projects. Prints, posters and postcards of Museum paintings are available in the Museum Store.
Can you tell me about a work of art that I own or what it is worth?
The Museum does not perform identifications, authentications, or appraisals. You can find a certified appraiser at www.appraisers.org or www.isa-appraisers.org.
Are there tours available?
The Museum offers a variety of free public tours.
Is parking available?
Validated parking is available in all of the Sundance Square parking garages. Sundance Garage I is located at 201 Commerce, immediately north of 2nd Street. Sundance Garage II is located in the 400 block of Calhoun Street. Free weekday valet parking is available on the west side of Main Street at 3rd Street. Please bring your claim ticket to the Museum for validation.
How much is admission?
Admission to the Museum is always free.
Are the paintings originals?
The paintings on exhibition in the Gallery are all originals. The prints for sale in the Museum Store are high quality reproductions. The Cowboys Coming to Town for Christmas print is an original, numbered, limited edition print that was pulled from the wood block used to illustrate the engraving of Frederic Remington's Cowboys Coming to Town for Christmas
Can I use images from the Museum in my book, article, movie, product etc.?
Reproduction Rights are available for scholarly and commercial projects.
